A key component of the business is the proposed 2 MT/hour Seed Processing & Treatment Plant. The facility is planned to integrate raw seed receiving and inspection, sampling and quality checking, pre-cleaning, air-screen cleaning, precision grading, gravity separation, treatment and polymer coating, packing, coding and quality control. This integrated process is intended to improve physical purity, uniformity, handling and traceability of seed products. The company plans to build its market presence through dealers, distributors and farmer networks, supported by farmer-level meetings, demonstrations and technical product support. It also proposes to develop its own VALVE brand portfolio while utilizing processing capacity for third-party contract processing during suitable periods. The revenue model is designed around proprietary seed sales, processed and treated seed products and third-party contract processing, with expansion through higher plant utilization, broader product categories, increased geographical coverage and a larger distribution network. The project plan targets a gradual capacity ramp-up from 45% utilization in Year 1 to 85% in Year 5.
