SPEAKMONK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

India faces a severe crisis in K-12 education characterized by systemic rote learning, silent classrooms, and an acute national shortage exceeding 10 lakh qualified teaching posts, particularly in STEM and coding across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Existing EdTech solutions rely on passive video consumption, while generic AI applications push ungrounded content prone to hallucinations. SpeakMonk.ai addresses this fundamental crisis by delivering the world’s first grounded Socratic AI Teacher, transitioning students from passive watching to active explaining. Operating under an AI Teacher as a Service (TaaS) framework, SpeakMonk provides real-time, interactive 1:1 voice-led learning aligned with NCERT, NEP, and state board curriculums. Powered by a proprietary multi-agent AI engine, SpeakMonk converts any textbook chapter into an interactive learning path in under 30 minutes. To guarantee absolute classroom safety and eliminate factual errors, every generated path undergoes rigorous humanin-the-loop validation by educators before reaching students. The AI controls how concepts are adaptively explained through real-time regional voice and visual localization, ensuring strict syllabus adherence. SpeakMonk executes a sustainable, low-CAC B2B2C go-to-market strategy. We deploy directly into schools as core classroom infrastructure to immediately solve their STEM teacher deficit. As students engage with the Socratic AI, the platform generates automated diagnostic reports identifying specific conceptual logic gaps. Parents receive these insights and upgrade to our premium hometutoring tier for 300 per month. By initially focusing on 101 million middle-school students in Grades 5 through 9, SpeakMonk is building scalable, high-margin educational infrastructure for the next billion learners
