The intended business model is a tiered B2B SaaS subscription (Starter, Pro, Enterprise), sold to employers, staffing agencies, and technical hiring teams, with an on-premise/intranet deployment option planned for data-sensitive organisations — a differentiator most cloud-only competitors cannot offer.
